Today the mist lingered for the whole day and there was weird light going on.
I caught the light tonight going through the park.

It was nice to be out in the fresh air as  I had sat in front of the computer for 4hours doing the monthly news update. Again, I got myself into a state about it and as usual it is better doing it rather than thinking about it.
My tooth that needs root canal started to get sore again today and I now can't eat on that side. More ibuprofen is needed.
