What is normal anyway?

MightyMouse got his cereal ready and then suddenly got up to get something.

He returned to the kitchen table with that on his head. And just like the time he was  wearing goggles in the bath   ,    or when he stuck stickers on his face,   he didn't seem to realise that he wasn't behaving normally.
