Souvenirs
Some of the olives we bought in the market in Barcelona yesterday in a bowl we brought back from our last trip to Catalunya - to Perpignan - both brightening up a rather gloomy day after some much needed rain, our first for months. The olives are stained red by the paprika added to them during curing and taste delicious and slightly peppery. I think they're the Sevillenca variety blipped by Digitaldaze (who was with us when we bought these) a while ago, that I identified by the 'pimple' on the end of the fruit.
Not doing much today except enjoying thinking about the last ten days, sorting through the hundreds of photos I took and having a rest!
