Foggy

This was the view from the bus stop this morning.

Had a mindfullness class at work today, it's an 8 week course, life is so busy, I do find it hard to switch off , actually found it difficult to stop my mind from making to-do lists etc, hopefully I'll learn in the upcoming weeks
