Gym bunny

Took up a cheap trial membership of our local council run gym. £45 for three month trial, which included a session with a PT to get you started.
Laughed almost hysterically on some machines - rower I can't reach the bar if my feet are in the stirrups although enjoyed the rowing itself. Steps didn't even attempt, looked way too scary. Some of the weight machines might be a challenge too but am looking forward to the challenge. And at 6pm on a Tuesday night at least it wasn't full of fit people! Did however have a former student in !
I need something to keep me focused during the winter months when dark nights make walking difficult
