Invictus Games Toronto 2017

Fanulous full day of Invictus events. During our lunch break we went up to Nathan Phillip Square and caught the action and excitement of wheel chair tennis. We watched Australia and Great Britain in the scorching heat....i really dont know how they did it, the heat on the court would have been insufferable, around 40! (when it should have been 20). These photos are from that area. As we were leaving to return to work, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were just arriving. I have never seen so many cameras! Luckily the focus and highlight continued to be these incredible athletes. Stayed late at work, lots going on right now, it is a very busy time. My sweetie stumbled in at 10:30 and had a quick grilled cheese sandwhich dinner before hitting the hay (the night before his 59th birthday - which promises to be another very long work day for him)....sigh...
