Mid-Autumn Festival...

...also known as the Moon Festival or Lantern Festival, is a popular lunar harvest festival celebrated by Chinese people. One of the traditions is eating Mooncakes. These consist of a thin pastry skin, a sweet filling such as lotus seed paste and whole salted egg yolks in the centre to symbolize the full moon.

These Mooncakes were made by my cousin in Hong Kong and arrived by post.
