Happy 8th Birthday Ellie! x

This weekend saw Ellie have her 8th birthday at Mad Hatters. We held a tea party with full Afternoon Tea for each guest with giant playing cards, rose bushes, and plenty of teapots and teacups! Plus we got to make this cake :D

The cake theme was jurassic/animal and we came up with funky neon lizards, a dinosaur eating grass, a hiding crocodile and a giant rattlesnake complete with a swampy pool and rockery. Ellie loved the cake (phew!) especially when it was cut open to reveal a rainbow sponge inside with her favourite preserve-lime marmalade!

All in all a really fun and definately individual young ladies birthday party :) Happy 8th birthday Ellie!
