A frustrating day!

Some days are best just written off to experience ....

BT TV box keeps pixelating on the HD channels ... leading to a couple of hours with their support people via chat windows.   Not really much futher on ... but I have a few ideas about eliminating the wiring within the house before going back to BT :-)

In the extra - the only photo I took ... the less than exciting software versions screen on the YouView box!

Sadly, things were no better when I arrived at work!
