Living in the party neighborhood

This lovely lady lives in Bairro Alto and she gave me some comments about her living situation.

She was rather satisfied, she didn't have any problems with the noise because her flat is not on the noisiest streets. Suddenly a friend of her's overheard our conversation and wanted to participate. She told that she is afraid of the party people who will yell at her when she tries to calm them down. She finds them rude and she would like to move elsewhere but her money situation doesn't allow her to do so.
