Easy as a Sunday morning........

Today had been designated a DIY day , mainly due to the grotty weather forecast.
So , I didnt bother having a shower, and just pulled on my DIY paint spattered joggers and t shirt .
All requirements hauled out of the shed ...........
Two paint brushes , two pots of paint ......ONE set of step ladders .

First technical hitch , his lordships tin of paint had gone off and was just a chunk of gunk floating in some goo. So I had to go the DIY shop dressed like some old bag lady, complete with bed head and NO MASCARA on.

Completed paint purchase and got home to commence painting. I had been designated chief glosser . We have 100's of new brushes in the shed, but I was made to use an old one that had been half eaten by something that lodged in the shed last summer . Never mind, onwards and upwards , but NO, his lordship had whipped the ladders. I didnt drop a single splodge of paint , then I got the ladders back, set them up and one shoulder touched the doorframe, and got covered in paint. Then as I mounted the ladders , I hit my head against the other frame and got my hair all gunged up.
Taking all the kit back to the she I brushed against the wall twice and got even more paint on me . Job well done ........... and we are still talking !
