The name is?

This plant has appeared this year and is growing too large for the position it has chosen. It doesn't appear to flower and doesn't look like a weed. Any clues? It is just very green and healthy, but cannot stay where it is. The birds are responsible for numerous young holly plants I keep finding, they are easy to get rid of if found at an early stage.
