OK Bokeh?

Well actually it's not OK, it's rubbish bokeh!

But thanks to Ilaria for the help in fathoming out what it's all about. I'd like to explain to anyone who isn't sure what it is, how to do it but from reading quite a few Blips lately, seems I was the only one who didn't know!

So this afternoon I set out to show the world that I was OK at bokeh. It can't be that difficult to achieve. Take some depth of Field, backlight it with sunshine (it never came out) through wet leaves (it didn't rain) and photograph something in sharp focus in front of it with a large stop. Or maybe a small stop. One of the two. (Reads notes again)

Anyway after several thousand snaps you'll eventually get a pic (like NLN's) with octagonal sparklies in the background.

And everyone will say "That's good bokeh". OK?
