Rough water tonight, and it got worse, great  to look at.

I have talked to work today; asking if I could drop 1 day a week. I'm struggling.

Tonight at counselling I spoke about it. I'm now not sure if I am panicking and jumping the gun.
So now, I'm even more anxious and scared and everything is jumbled in my head.
