Twelfth Night

Wouldn't say I'm a huge Shakespeare fan but we had the opportunity to go to this show at the RSC in Stratford on Avon - so of course we said yes.

We had a meal in the Rooftop restaurant first which was delicious - small portions though which was fine for me but Gary was a bit hungry afterwards.

First 20 mins of the play seemed a bit hard going, but then I started enjoying it, the acting was good and bits of it were very funny. The staging was impressive, there was a working lift and a pool round one side of the stage which represented the sea - 3 of the actors even made their entrance from the water.

It was a really nice evening, glad we decided to go.
