Making a good impression!

We racked our brains where to take Big G (my mother). She's come to stay for 2 weeks and I wanted to take her somewhere different. She didn't get up til after 11 this morning and consequently had a late breakfast so we decided to look for a venue for afternoon tea.
We chose a very impressive hotel near Lymington. Good I thought, this should earn me some brownie points. She'd just been staying with my sister who takes her to new and interesting places. I made sure I wasn't too scruffy, afterall it was quite a grand place. After a delicious cream tea we wandered through the grounds. Something made me look down to my feet and this is what I saw!
The last time I wore odd shoes they were different colours-1 navy and 1 bkack. At least they were the same colour thus time!
