Saltaire Sunday

A wet afternoon, so we headed over to Salts Mill. I had an invite to the Kath Libbert FlourishRing competition final, I was hoping to have won a £100 voucher to spend in there, but sadly not! However, the rings are stunning and beautifully crafted and inspiring.
This finger-knitted piece is by Blanka Sperkova and is called 'Register of items - Breasts' I like the way the little sculptures by Frank Wilson were dwarfed by it.
