Jorge's tree

This beautiful tree at school, was planted in memory of a student who sadly died while at university, a life cut short. Every year his family and friends return to remember him. I have no idea what type of tree it is but it has these specatcular fruit, and in the spring, beautiful blossom.
A lovely September day, a little cool in the morning, with blue skies, a good for the soul kind of day.
