They were still setting up the fairground when I walked past it, you don't actually see very many people at work on it and yet it's all set up very quickly. 
 By the time I got home I had done over 8,000 steps, the wristband buzzes when you reach your target, and they send you emails as progress reports.  Time to chill out.
