Saltburn

We've had a bit of a different day for us.  We pottered a bit this morning and I added some watercolour to a couple of sketches I wanted to touch up.  We had lunch in the Eskdale Hotel as the Cafe in Castleton was closed, followed by a photo trip to Commondale before finally ending up in Saltburn where we needed to buy our tea.  It's been an absolutely gorgeous afternoon in the wonderfully warm sun.  Home tomorrow and then we've arranged to come back in November when I'm hoping for that magical mix of sun and mist (no doubt we'll have rain too).
