Here's Misty posing nicely for me with Castle Crag in the background.  We walked off the beaten track and had some fantastic views.  I was very impressed with her as she managed to get over a wall via a ladder stile.  My heart sank when I saw it as she's never managed it before and she's not good at being lifted, in fact she's awful and is a dead weight.  So was very chuffed and gave her lots of praise.  The original plan was to walk in the Langdales but the A591 was closed in Keswick which put paid to that.  If only the council would update their online road closures map and actually put in place diversion signs before the actual road closure, would make life so much easier!!
