Resurfacing

When they said the main road north was to be resurfaced I thought that's all they meant, not that the junction at the bottom and beyond was included.

The traffic jam and delay getting to the dentist was nothing to the consternation of finding the bus stop home (in the thumbnail) surrounded by excavators and tar-laying machines, so out of use and the next one a quarter of a mile away. Perhaps I missed a temporary stop but, if so, it was not obvious.

Tomorrow I plan to take a route avoiding the area, which might take me longer but I won't be sitting in a stationary queue.
