meditation is an emergency
Today I cycled for 50 kilometers, my current longest single ride. It took about 2.5 hours during a sunny likable day Istanbul. With the October in my doorstep variety of changes await me. In two weeks I will move to Berlin. My life will become explicitly different and a journey towards my inner self is already began. Last few weeks were quite experimental for me. With bowls of time I had, I have constructed a loop to assist me to become a better version of myself. Academically, physically, mentally. The loop consisted of early rising, morning yoga, meditation, intermittent fasting, long study hours (German), Wing Tsun practice, reading, cooking and most importantly cold showers. With everything getting easier each day it is indeed a great experience to monitor my physique, thoughts, and feelings. It doesn't just open doors to my inner self but also helps me to comprehend my inner mechanisms. By inner mechanisms, I mean my nature and needs. I thoroughly believe happiness, like most other things, a block to be deconstructed, learned and applied.
