Another long day at work.

Did my 10,000 steps by lunchtime.

Got a call to see if I wanted to have my ankle operation done tomorrow....erm, no thanks! Sadly I'm not in a position to just drop everything and head over to Glasgow to be cut open, but in the other hand, a concrete date, so I can let work know, would be grand.
