Blue Moon

I didn't use to like this colour of rose once upon a time but this one has done so well throughout our poor summer that I've developed a fondness for it;  it's flowered well and there's still a lot of bud on it. The last two days have been more like September should be and although the weather forecast isn't good for the weekend, I'm hoping it's wrong and there'll be some more beautiful days ahead.
