...has arrived at Boshill House ready for the birthday celebrations...
We had a steady but easy drive across from Hastings during the day, while others have been delayed on the M6, had to work first, or are flying in from Germany...
We've had time for a little explore in the area - hence this dilapidated boat on the Axe for this month's derelict collection.
It's a lovely sunny evening now after a damp grey day - long may it last!
