Apologies

I know I know I'm getting very boring with these mushroom pictures but mushroom hunting is soooo addictive!

We drove to the edge of the New Forest to a place called Canada! We didn't see any fungi where we parked so we set off down a road full of enormous pot holes and decided it was so bad we should turn around and head off elsewhere. So off we went searching for somewhere to turn and there they were. Like a sign shining out to us, a whole load of Fly Agaric fungi (see extra). As we walked around we found so many different species we were beside ourselves with excitement!

I have never ever got excited about mushrooms before. It must be my age. I'll keep taking the tablets.
