Kitchen time

This loaf is great, though I say so myself; an Oatibix Granary that will now be on my regular baking list. It wasn't before because I only just created it! Definitely the best use for Oatibix too.
The apples were just waiting on me peeling them and knocking up another cake (different recipe to the last one), so making a small dent in the apple mountain. This cake has so many apples in it that it tastes like apfelstrudl, which is no bad thing!
Plenty more recipes await but I'm running out of time before our next trip ...
