The day before

As is customary now, we take a day off work to celebrate one of two events, Madame's birthday and our anniversary both going out and wedding. This year it fell on a Friday which is a day off for Madame anyway so we shifted the day up one.

After a coffee we went to see Dunkirk, yes great choice of film I know to celebrate 25 years together but it was pretty amazing viewing. Then lunch in town at Dishoom, a relaxing break in the sunlight in Princes Street Gardens, an exhibition at the Fruitmarket and a lovely walk home.
