The visitor

Just as we were leaving D & L's holiday cottage in Northumberland this Guinea Fowl arrived to see what we were up to. I suspect previous guests had been feeding it.

We then set off for North Yorkshire and met old friends for lunch before heading to our reunion venue. It was lovely meeting up with so many of our vet friends and their partners for the celebration of 45 years since we left the Dick Vet in Edinburgh- most of them retired now and surprised to hear that I am still happy to do some work.

There will be a lot of reminiscing and chatting before we go our separate ways again on Sunday.
