Surprise after Sunrise

We'd seen this balloon floating above the Lake just after sunrise, but it was quite a surprise to see it like this, in the opposite direction, when we looked out our entrance window a while later... assume it was OK, as have heard nothing to the contrary. 

Such a courage-giving FT later with friends in Sutton Coldfield, from the Land for the first time - we'd managed to install the freshly painted windows in time for them to see. Plus a bonus chat with the grand-kids - such loves they are.

And then went to view a property for the Belgian couple we showed round Mourão on Monday. Really lovely - down to the Lake, already built house, already drilled borehole - almost felt envious, but not quite - I do love our patch...

Plus, long chats with Zé Maria and Rodrigo, and a new friend in Saião, not to mention all the women in the market, nor dinner in a bit with the priest... no lack of socialising today!
