inspired by the atrium at Kings Cross

The sun shone all day and so we spent the whole morning looking up at the wonderful buildings in Central London. The stark red brick lines of the magnificent British Library contrasted dramatically with the fairy tale turrets of the Victorian Renaissance Hotel at Saint Pancrass.

Then Adrian, being a railway buff, wanted to check out the new atrium at King's Cross station. its external appearance as we approached it was unremarkable, but when we stepped inside.......WOW!....... It took my breath away!
