Another trip to the city to return something bought online, but why on earth did I choose to do it on a Saturday afternoon when the world and his wife and every schoolchild in the region like to hit the shops? I obviously didn't think.

Cisco's was so busy I turned tail and headed to The Ground House instead for what turned out to be an excellent cappuccino.
