Gas

Hardly full gas at this point (8.48am, about 10 or 11 miles in) but we ended up covering the 56 miles of the ride faster than usual. And as I sat round his with a coffee afterwards my legs could feel every one of them miles.

Nowt for it then but a big pub lunch with the family and a wander round a big Swedish household place on the edge of town for some more 'stuff' in the home improvements area. A small amount of flat-pack awaits.
