Cards on the Table

The day didn’t really go as well as I had planned - I had my flu jab this morning and then went into town using the park and ride only to find I had left my bus pass in my coat pocket from last night. The bus was very slow, road works and heavy traffic. The city was heaving, as it was the first weekend of term for the students. I had taken my camera but I didn’t even get it out the bag, did the errands I had gone for and came home and then the rain started! The blip is a picture of yesterday’s birthday cards. Which I love to receive. Lots of references to cake and cocktails!
