Brief interlude

After a late (and slightly painful) start, Sam and I went for a wander down the canal. It was a beautiful day and the sites were wonderful.

I eventually left mid-afternoon after spending a few minutes kick-starting all the cars that had been used for music the night before!

On the way home, I suddenly realised that I was passing close enough to Stonehenge that it would almost be rude not to stop off and have a look - especially because the only other time I saw it was at sunset.

An hour or two to relax once I got home, and then back the way I came to go to Nick's Hitch-hikers guide to the galaxy themed 42nd birthday. Rather predictably pretty much every guy turned up in a dressing gown!
