Rainbow

A rather lovely walk at the end of the day.   Treated to a wee bit of rainbow which lingered a while as we strolled along the beach.

A had stopped road biking about a year ago due to a shoulder injury but dusted it down and went for a short ride this morning.   Enjoyed but found it surprisingly hard - must use totally different leg muscles than for running.
