Notes: Left around 830a to drive into DC. Spirit of Autumn at Artech House downtown, happened upon a motorcade, lunch at Tupelo Honey in Arlington and then walked some - coconut diary-free ice cream. Back for much-needed nap and then wicked deep tissue massage w/ Bao. Dinner of Persian kabobs then and onto Clare & Don's for live music in Falls Church. Hit a bit of comedy show at State Theater before calling it a very full day.
