Post Box & Bench

We pass this post box on a circular walk from our house - no doubt it features in a few Christmas Cards!   It looks ok in colour with the autumn leaves but after fartnarkling about with some Light Room presets I decided I preferred monochrome.

I did wonder about cloning out the bench, facing out of the frame,  but decided to leave it as it is a part of the scene. Comments on that welcome.

Thank you to everyone for the positive comments on Gill's painting in yesterday's extra,  they quite cheered her up after a difficult few days.
