Battlefield Tour...

During the Battlefield Tour, we visited places that were central to operations in the Betuwe where the 101st Airborne Division was involved. We visit, among other things, 'coffin's corner', the place of the Crossroads Battle, Pegasus I and Opheusden operation. We have seen and heard how the troops in this division held the area, what difficulties they had, and how they opposed the German counterattacks and infiltration's. In the extra a monument on the dike for all the soldiers who fought in this battle... Avery interesting and good day!
