Curlew

A trip out birding today not as wet and windy as forecast thankfully. We headed to the coast for a spot of sea watching not much flying past so then we headed up the coast in search of waders and migrant warblers. This shot is of a very distant Curlew so heavily cropped down so a slightly grainy shot. We was lucky enough to get some great views of a yellow browed warbler but no photo opportunities as it was on the move a lot. So this shot will have to do for my blip.
