Mountain Bike Lesson

We were fortunate to receive a mountain bike lesson from a certified teacher. She had us practice techniques in the parking lot for an hour before hitting the trails at Rocky Top (where I rode the other day). Shannon, our teacher on the right, encouraged us to get our arms wide, bend our knees and ride through the bumps in a relaxed manor. Easy for someone of her abilities, but a bit tougher for us old guys. Still a ton of fun and we learned a lot.
