Butterfly
Today when we got up Aunty Julia was here. We took her to the bunnys. Henry actually came in this time but left hurriedly after discovering that the bunnies had claws.Adelaide held her beloved white bunny and Hugh did {his way }of feeding bunnies. I held my brown bunnie again while trying to stop the other bunnies from realising I still had carrots. When Adelaides bunny jumped off her lap Adelaide turned white as a ghost, stared at it for a second and burst into tears. After we had calmed her down we decided to look at the butterflies.
There were lots and lots of butterflies. They were EVERYWHERE. The first one we saw was a big green one with a red body, and we saw little black ones that glowed. This picture today is one of the butterflies I saw.
Then we went to Litchfield national park to swim in the Buley waterhole. We pretended to be crocodiles and jumped in the pool lots of times.
When we got back, it started bucketing down with rain. After we had spotted a cane toad, and made it to the house without drowning, we decided to build a cubby, but as soon as the rain had calmed down we ran straight back outside to enjoy the rest of the rain.
We then went in the swimming pool, but the water was really murky, but it was especially good for playing 'crocodiles'.
