What is it?

I am normally quite good at labeling and dating food put into the freezer.

This delight, however, was unlabeled, and so had to be investigated.

Using an apple corer with the precision of a master Cheese-maker inspecting a fine Stilton, or a geologist sampling a rock,I drilled into it and found it was a.....coconut tart!
