Mount Mystery

First work day with daylight saving time kicked in and when I headed off home there was this strange orange thing in the sky.

Rode up Mt Victoria again (gotta love them hills!!) to snap this memorial to Richard Byrd, an American aviator who was the first to fly to the South Pole. He may have used Wellington as a base, otherwise no idea why we'd bother.
