Coffee

A really tough exercise class this morning and three new peeps started. Hope we didn't frighten them off.

After lunch I visited a friend who was having new windows fitted. As the men were working and the house was cold she suggested that we sit in her 'shed'. Very pleasant it was with heater on, coffee and river view.
