The Landgate in Rye....

Built in 1329 to fortify the city walls with othe gates around the town.
We had a good run down to the Southeast, 216 miles and the car returned a healthy 47mpg.
A quick stop for coffee at Beaconsfield McDonald's before getting underway again to arrive in Rye and now in Camber Sands.
Tucked up in the van with a coffee and just had tea
