Tractor!!!
I know. It's not a tractor, but the eldest ran towards it in huge excitement shouting 'tractor' at the top of his voice. I spent a while trying to explain that it wasn't a climbing frame, we kind of came to an agreement. It's at the edge of the cricket pitch in the village.
We had a lovely walk, I carried both of them for about half of it - always seems to be the uphills that the eldest wants to be carried up.... Does my legs the world of good, so I don't mind too much.
Trip to the library this morning, bit stressful as a rather precious mother wasn't happy with the youngest trying to befriend her little boy. I wasn't the perfect mother who sat reading to her children (like a few others in there, with quiet children who sat by their mothers being read to). Nope, mine like to treat the place like a climbing frame and opportunity to make new friends - with anyone... So we didn't hang around too long.
Have spent the evening working on a seating plan for a dinner I'm going to on Thursday. The upshot is that I get to sit next to exactly who I want to at the dinner.
