Cycle maintenance

One of my guilty pleasures is to fiddle about maintaining and cleaning bikes. This is the back wheel of an old ladies safety bike made by Hercules. Not sure how old it is, but it has the frame number GO5347. Had thought I would be able to date it via reaching this on the internet, but so far with no success.
