Holly Berries

Sorry to remind you of THAT time of year, but the Holly tree in my front garden has a clutch of tiny red berries on it. The leaves also have tiny prickles on most of them at the lower part of the tree, the upper part with the berries seem to need to form their prickles. I don't know if this is right, but I know it's normally very prickly around Christmas time. My extra is a shot from the front of the tree.
